In addition to individual email you have all received with more details about your twin, you will have an opportunity to meet your matching athlete and family individually in a breakout room during our virtual meeting on December 8 at 7pm-8:30pm, but you can also reach out to them at any time.

Accommodation expectations :pairs of billets 👫 and "vetting" of host families

• Criminal record checks and references is a requirement 💂:
• All host families must complete a strict screening process which includes providing references and/or having a home visit by the Group Organizer🏡 
• Questions are emerging about expectations for sharing bedrooms vs. providing private bedrooms; answers emerging are that lodging circumstances are part of the adventure, but these will be disclosed in advance during the matching process. 
• Participating host athletes can host at a 'third-party location’ (e.g, grandparent’s bigger home) provided screening process is followed AND the host athlete lodges at the third-party location for the duration of the exchange.
